  • Myo-fascial release is a therapeutic technique that focuses on relieving tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. This method involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to the myo-fascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore movement. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as chronic muscle pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion caused by trauma, inflammation, or surgical procedures. By releasing tightness in the fascia, myo-fascial release helps improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall relaxation and healing.
